1. Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This gives us time to check you in, collect waivers, and walk you through the rules. You’ll also have a chance to relax in the lobby and get ready for your adventure. If you do arrive late, you can still enter, but the game time will start as scheduled, so no extra minutes will be added.

2. Each room can host a maximum of 6 participants. If your group exceeds 6, please contact us in advance so we can help arrange a solution. Also, everyone in your group must have their admission paid before the game begins.

3. Please keep all personal belongings in our secure lockers. These are free to use and located in a restricted area. Each group gets a private locker key, so you can relax knowing your items are safe. For everyone’s safety and focus, we ask that mobile phones, cameras, laptops, and food or drinks stay out of the rooms.

4. Please handle all props gently. If a prop is damaged due to rough or careless handling, you may be responsible for the cost of replacement.

5. For everyone’s safety, please do not bring any items that could pose a risk this includes flammables, combustibles, or anything we deem unsafe. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the environment secure for everyone.

6. For everyone’s safety, alcohol, drugs, and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes or vape pens) are not allowed in the building. If we suspect someone is severely impaired upon arrival, we will have to ask them to leave and their session will be forfeited, with no refund. This determination is at the sole discretion of TLF Group LLC dba Long Gone Escapes management.

7. Every participant needs to sign a waiver before the game. If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign it. If the guardian can’t be there, please ensure the waiver is completed and signed before you arrive.

8. We recommend a minimum age of 6 for the best experience. While kids under 18 can join without a parent in the room, a waiver must be signed. However, kids younger than 15 need a parent on the premises at all times. If the parent doesn’t join the game, they just need to stay in the lobby throughout the session. And for kids under 13, a parent must be in the room with them. Just a reminder, only paid participants are allowed in the game room.

9. You’re welcome to step out of the room at any time, but we do ask that you save this for urgent situations. Once you start, the clock won’t stop, so we strongly recommend using the restroom before your session. If you need to exit, just let your Game Master know, and we’ll assist you promptly. The clock will continue to run, so plan accordingly

10. We take these rules seriously to ensure a safe and fun experience. Any violation may result in your game being ended early, and you will be asked to leave. Please note that no refunds will be issued in this case.

11. Cancellations and Refunds:
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a refund, just contact us directly. If it’s less than 24 hours, while we can’t refund, we’d be happy to reschedule you. Refunds have a small 3% processing fee and may take 3-5 business days. Rescheduling, though, is always free of charge.

12. WARNING: PHOTO SENSITIVITY/EPILEPSY SEIZURES

Some experiences use flashing lights to enhance realism. A small percentage of people may experience seizures or blackouts due to certain light patterns. These may appear even in individuals without a prior history. If you or a family member have any history of seizures, please consult a physician before participating. If you feel lightheaded, nauseous, or any unusual discomfort, leave the room immediately and seek medical advice before returning.

13. WARNING: SCENTS, SMELLS, AND FRAGRANCES

Some of our experiences include carefully designed scents to enhance the atmosphere. While rare, some individuals may have allergic reactions or respiratory issues from fragrances, which can, in rare cases, trigger asthma. If you or a family member feel any difficulty breathing or experience a reaction, please exit the room immediately and consult a physician before resuming. Only return to the game once your doctor has given you the go-ahead.
