What is an Escape Room?
Long Gone Escapes is a live team based activity where players must discover clues, solve puzzles, and complete tasks while locked in a room in order to escape the room or complete a task within 60 minutes.
Am I really locked in a room?
Yes, but you can leave at anytime. An emergency escape button or key is located in each room allowing you to unlock the door leave at anytime. Keep in mind, once you leave the room for any reason, you will not be allowed to re-enter the room.
Each room is also monitored closely via video cameras and microphones. The Game Master has the ability to be within the room is seconds if need be.
How do I book a room?

Are reservations required?
Reservations are recommended, but not required. Walk-in games are subject to availability at time of walk-in.

How much does it cost?
Each experience is $25 per person (military, first responder and corporate discounts available)
How many people can be in a room?
The rooms are designed for small groups of 1 -8 people. We recommend 2 people at a minimum. The maximum number of people in a room is listed online.
What if we don’t have enough people to fill the room?
All experiences are created as a “private experiences”, only for your group. There can be as little as 2 players in the room or as many as 8 people, depending on the room.
What if I don’t want to pay for everyone in my group? Can my friends pay for themselves?
Yes, however you will need to contact us via phone to book your experience. If you book online you will have to either book all persons together, otherwise the room will be locked out from booking.
Is there a minimum age?
There is no minimum age to participate. All rooms are family friendly and have been designed for members of all ages to participate. For the best experience, we recommend members be at least 8 years old in order to contribute to the experience.
How long can I expect to be in your building?
We estimate you will be with us for about 90 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to prepare. You will be briefed on your experience prior to beginning your game. Afterwards, also plan on another 15 minutes for photo opportunities.
What if we get stuck? Can you help us?
If you get stuck, the Game Master can provide you and your party with hints, if requested. We offer up to four hints with no penalty. However, there more than four hints are used, you will no longer be eligible for a spot on the leader board. Our main goal is for you to have fun, WE WANT TO SEE YOU ESCAPE! Everyone in your group must all agree in order to receive a hint.
Can we add time to our experience?
Unfortunately no. The experience is designed to be completed within one hour, and another group is usually right behind you ready to begin their experience.
Can you accommodate a large groups or corporate event?
Yes we can! We can accommodate birthday’s engagements, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team building events, etc. Please contact us if you have an event you would like us to participate in with you. If you have a gift or something special to bring, we can even incorporate it into the experience.
Can I cancel my reservation?
In order to receive a refund, you must cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. All cancellation must be done by contacting us directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours cannot be refunded, but we will gladly reschedule your experience for another date and time. Cancellations are subject to a 3% refund fee of the total amount. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund processing to occur. Rescheduled experiences are not subject to any fees.
What if I arrive late, can I still participate?
You can still participate, just be aware that your time in the room will be reduced by the amount if time you are late. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your time in the room will only be 50 minutes as we have to stay on schedule for the teams arriving after you.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates can be purchased online and redeemed when a room is booked. We send your certificate via email, which can be printed out and given as a gift.
What should I bring?
Bring your sense of adventure, your friends, and a desire to challenge yourself! You will be on your feet for an hour, so comfortable shoes are a good idea as well.
Cameras, cell phones, purses, jackets, etc must be left in secured lockers in the lobby. If you must keep your cell phone because you are “on-call” that is ok, but please no pictures, videos, or phone calls during your experience. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the game with no refunds.
Are there actors in the rooms and will they touch me?
There are no actors in the rooms and no one will be touching you.
Is it scary?
NO! We are focused on fun for everyone. Some of our rooms may include elements of surprise or employ techniques to enhance the experience (such as music or specific lighting), but they are not intended to be frightening and will never be gruesome or gory. We do not use strobe lighting, loud noises or actors.
Are you filming me?
Each escape room is equipped with cameras and your experience in monitored to esure safety and an enjoyable experience. Before you begin, you be asked to sign a waiver to be filmed. Video footage is destroyed after 48 hours and never used publicly without your specif written consent.
Is it possible to book outside of the posted hours?
Sometimes, yes. Depending on availability, we may be able to book outside of normal hours. A minimum purchase will be required. Please contact us for more information.
I’ve already done one of your rooms, can I do it again?
Yes! But understand you will not be eligible for our “fastest 3” or “clueless” leader-board, as these are meant for first attempts only.
