What is an Escape Room?
You and your group enter a themed room and work together to figure your way out before time runs out. You’ll search, connect clues, and solve things as a team. No special skills needed, just communication and curiosity.

 

Am I really locked in a room?
You’re never actually trapped. Every room includes an exit key, so you can step out anytime. Plus, we’re always monitoring, and your Game Master can assist immediately if needed. You can focus on the fun, knowing you’re never truly stuck.

Are reservations required?
Yes, we ask that you book in advance to make sure your team gets the room all to yourselves! Just click BOOK NOW.to check availability and lock in your adventure.

 

How much does it cost?
Our escape adventures are priced for everyone:
Adults (18+) $25.00,
Teens (13-17) $20.00
Seniors (65+) $15.00,
Kids (6-12) $10.00
Kids under 5 join for free! Plus, we offer a 10% in-store discount for military, teachers and first responders.

 

How many people can be in a room?
Our rooms are designed for small groups, with a maximum of 6 people (including kids or infants). We recommend at least 2 players for the best fun, and you can bring up to 6 total.

 

Is our group paired up with another group?
No need to worry every booking is private! Whether you bring a group of 1 or up to 6, the room is exclusively yours. We never pair you with other groups, so it’s your adventure, your way.

 

What if I don’t want to pay for everyone in my group? Can my friends pay for themselves?
Absolutely! If you’d rather everyone pay separately, just choose ‘pay in store’ when you book. When you arrive, we’ll handle each person’s payment individually. Easy and hassle-free!

 

Is there a minimum age?
No minimum age here! Everyone is welcome! Our rooms are family-friendly, designed for all ages to have fun. For the best experience, we find kids around 6 and up get the most out of it, but everyone can join the adventure!

 

I have an infant or a toddler, can I bring them?
Absolutely! We know that we are located in a tourism area and that sometimes little ones come along. Infants are welcome if they stay in a carrier or in your arms. For toddlers, let us know in advance! We have special items we can place to include them in the fun. Just remember, little ones shouldn’t handle props since they can be delicate. We’ll help make it a great experience for everyone!

 

How long can I expect to be in your building?
Plan for about 90 minutes with us. Arrive 15 minutes early to get ready, enjoy your game, and afterward, we’ll spend another 15 minutes celebrating with photos. It’s not just a game, it’s a full experience from start to finish!

 

What if we get stuck? Can you help us?
If you get stuck, no worries—your Game Master is ready with hints! You can request up to 3 hints with no penalty. If you need more, you’ll still finish the game, but the leaderboard will be off the table. Our goal is your fun—we want to see you escape! Just make sure at least half of your group (both of players if there just 2 of you) agrees before asking for a hint.

 

Can we add time to our experience?
We don’t typically extend time, as each experience is set for one hour and another group is often next. In rare cases where no one follows, if you ask, you might be able to purchase extra minutes at $1 per minute, but it’s handled strictly on a case-by-case basis. It’s at the discretion of the Game Master and subject to availability. If you’re celebrating on your actual birthday, let us know, there might just be a little birthday magic in store.

 

Can you accommodate a large groups or corporate event?
Absolutely! We love hosting birthdays, engagements, bachelor or bachelorette parties, team building events, and more. Just reach out to us to plan your special event! If you have a special gift or surprise, we can even weave it into your experience to make it unforgettable!

 

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a refund, just contact us directly. If it’s less than 24 hours, while we can’t refund, we’d be happy to reschedule you. Refunds have a small 3% processing fee and may take 3-5 business days. Rescheduling, though, is always free of charge

 

What if I arrive late, can I still participate?
You can absolutely still play if you’re late, but keep in mind your time will be shortened by however late you arrive. For example, if you’re 10 minutes late, you’ll have 50 minutes in the room. We want to stay on time so the next teams can enjoy their experience too.

 

Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do! You can easily purchase gift certificates online. They’re sent via email and can be printed out as a perfect gift. The recipient can redeem them when booking their adventure!

 

What should I bring?
Bring your sense of adventure, friends, and a desire to challenge yourself! Comfy shoes are great since you’ll be on your feet for about an hour. For everyone’s enjoyment, cameras, phones, and personal items stay in our secured lockers. If you’re on-call, you can keep your phone—just no photos or calls inside.

 

Are there actors in the rooms and will they touch me?
No need to worry, there are no actors in the rooms and no one will touch you during the experience. It’s all about you and your team having fun solving the puzzles

 

Is it scary?
Not at all! Our focus is fun for everyone. While some rooms might have surprises, music, or lighting to enhance the adventure, we never aim to scare. You won’t find anything gruesome, gory, or strobe lights. Just immersive fun without loud noises or actors.

 

Are you filming me?
We do have cameras in the escape rooms to ensure your safety and help you have a great time. You’ll sign a waiver beforehand, and any footage is deleted after 48 hours. We never share anything publicly without your written permission so your experience stays private!

 

Is it possible to book outside of the posted hours?
It might be! If our schedule allows, we can sometimes arrange bookings outside of normal hours. There may be a minimum purchase required, so just reach out to us directly and we’ll see what we can do.

 

I’ve already done one of your rooms, can I do it again?
Of course! You’re welcome to replay a room for the fun of it. Just a heads-up! Our ‘Fastest 5’ and ‘Clueless’ leaderboards are for first attempts only. But you can still enjoy the challenge!
